Titus Flavius Vespasianus, also known as Titus, was a Roman emperor who reigned from AD 79 to 81, succeeding his father Vespasian. Born in AD 39, Titus was the eldest son of Vespasian and his first wife, Vespasia Polla. He was raised in the shadow of his father's military campaigns, which brought stability and prosperity to the Roman Empire.
