Carlisle United Collection

Carlisle United Football Club is a professional association football club based in Carlisle, Cumbria, England. The team competes in League Two, the fourth tier of the English football league system. Founded in 1904, they have played at Brunton Park since 1909. The club's traditional kit colours are blue and white and their crest features a red rose with two wavy lines above it. They have won the Football League Trophy twice and were runners-up once in the FA Cup during their history. Carlisle United has had many notable players over the years including Matt Jansen, Peter Beardsley and David Beckham who all started their careers at Brunton Park before moving on to bigger clubs. Their current manager is Chris Beech who was appointed in 2019 following a successful spell as caretaker manager earlier that year.
