Shiva Temples, Kalna, West Bengal, India
Part of a circle of Shiva (Siva) Temples in Kalna, known as the Temple City, in West Bengal, India. The Nava Kailash or 108 Shiv Mandirs was built in 1809. The temples are constructed in two circles: one of 74 temples, the other of 34. The former has white marble and black stone shivlingas, while the latter has just white marble ones. All the shivlingas can be seen from the centre of the temple complex
