Series of silhouette portraits by August Edouart cut during his tour of the United States between 1839 and 1849. They form part of the most remarkable social pictorial record of any nation. From left, Thomas Kemphall, Christopher Morgan, H. Van Rensellaer, Millard Fillimore (President), D. D. Barnard, Daniel Webster, Henry Clay, Franklin Pierce (one of the seven Presidents of the USA in Edouarts portfolio) and Henry Hubbard. Date: 1830s

20x16 Print in an MDF Wooden Frame with 180 gsm Satin Finish Paper. Glazed using shatter proof thin plexiglass. Frame thickness is 1 inch and depth 0.75 inch. Fluted cardboard backing held with clips. Supplied ready to hang with sawtooth hanger and rubber bumpers. Spot clean with a damp cloth. Packaged foam wrapped in a card.
