31st May, 2003: A Triumphant Homecoming for Rangers FC In the annals of Scottish football history, few moments have been as iconic as the return of Rangers Football Club to Ibrox Stadium on the evening of 31st May, 2003. The team, having clinched the treble - the Scottish Premier League title, Scottish Cup, and the League Cup - had just completed an unprecedented domestic treble, a feat that had eluded them for over three decades. The team bus, adorned with the Scottish flags and the treble trophies, made its way through the streets of Glasgow, escorted by a convoy of police motorbikes and fire engines, their sirens blaring in celebration. The air was thick with excitement as thousands of fans lined the streets, waving banners, scarves, and flags, their faces alight with joy and pride. As the team bus pulled up in front of Ibrox Stadium, the players, dressed in their kit and clutching their hard-earned trophies, were greeted by a sea of cheering supporters. The atmosphere was electric, as the fans sang and chanted, their voices echoing through the night. The players, visibly moved by the outpouring of love and appreciation, waved and blew kisses to their adoring fans.
