Silvy, we find Henry John Temple, 3rd Viscount Palmerston, a prominent British statesman of the 19th century. Born on October 20, 1784, Palmerston served as the British Prime Minister for three non-consecutive terms between 1855 and 1865. Palmerston is depicted in the image wearing a formal attire, complete with a top hat, which was a common accessory for men of his social standing during the Victorian era.
