Norfolk. Nelson - Born Burnham Rectory 1758, BR (ER) poster, 1960. Poster produced for British Railways (BR) Eastern Region (ER), promoting rail travel to Norfolk, showing Lord Nelson (1758- 1805) on board ship during a sea battle. Nelson was born at Burnham Rectory in Norfolk, and in 1805, during the Napoleonic wars, became commander-in-chief of the Mediterranean fleet on board the flagship HMS Victory.
