Elton John fans swarm in to Watfords Vicarage Road ground. They filled the terraces, the stand, and even covered the pitch. It was a good job they hadn t come to see football. The man who packed them in was pop star Elton John, who is a director of the Third Division club. Elton was giving a concert to boost club funds. And he did so very handsomely.
