This was also his 2nd goal on the day, for Arsenal against Southampton. Denniss 17th and 68th minute goals. Arsenal won 4 -2 on the day.
Bergkamp collected the ball just inside Southamptons half and advanced menacingly towards the goal. He saw off two challenges and, having found a yard of space, struck a shot in off the post from 25 yards.
