Holme Valley Scouts have held their annual indoor cooking competition

Holme Valley Scouts have held their annual indoor cooking competition. Judge Mr Martyn Leach is seen checking the efforts of brothers Marcus and Robert Wilson and Nicholas and Jonathan Turner. Twenty teams of two competed for the Richard Leach Memorial Trophy. Richard was in the 6th Holme Valley scouts when he died in 1973, aged 15. Like his brother Martyn - a former chef who now runs a fish and game shop - he was keen on catering. 21st February 1987. © Mirrorpix
