At the Jacques Esterel show, which opened the high fashion collections in Paris on Monday (27-7-64) there were certainly no bare bosoms just a bare head. Quite bare. Yul Brynner bare. And to show that the brave model girl was not bald to start with, every programme had a lock of her hair in it. Her name is Bibelot, and she cries a little each day when designer Jacques Esterel personally shaves her head. If it makes her so sad to be bald, why does she do it? " She is my star model, " says Esterel, " and its important that she plays the stars role. In any case, I have made her fifteen wigs, and she can let her hair grow again in three months".
