The Fa223V1 Drache was an innovative transport aircraft designed and developed by the German engineering firm Focke-Achgelis. This particular aircraft is an amphibian, capable of taking off and landing both on water and land, making it a versatile addition to the German military's arsenal during World War II. The Fa223V1 Drache was a large, twin-engine aircraft with a distinctive dragon-like appearance due to its elongated fuselage and pointed nose. Its wings were high-mounted and swept-back, while its tail was empennage-type. The aircraft was designed to carry up to 25 passengers or 3,000 kg (6,600 lb) of cargo.
