The White Hart, which held the address N17 0AL, was a long-standing establishment, as evidenced by the trading record detailed on the reverse of the print. This record reveals that the pub had been in operation since at least 1938 and 1961. Through the years, the White Hart underwent some changes, with the pub being renamed Rudolphs at White Hart and later Valentinos. However, its days as a beloved local watering hole were numbered. By July 2018, the pub had closed its doors and was slated for demolition as part of the Northumberland Development project in Tottenham. This photograph, taken in 1952, offers a glimpse into the past, showcasing the character and charm of a bygone era.
