At the time, the pub was under the management of Hoare and Company Limited. The back of the print reveals fascinating details about the pub's history. According to the trading record, the Kings Arms was in operation as early as 1950, and by 1961, it was still under the same management. However, by 1938, the street address had changed from 11 Little James Street to 11a Northington Street due to a street renaming.
