Photograph: Mexican officers visit paratroop display. Major General Gustav Salinas commander of the Mexican Air Force and Captain Radames Gaxiela paid a visit to an airfield in the Eastern Command to witness a paratroop display recently. Shows a photograph of the mass descent by parachute which formed part of a display airborne troops gave for Mexican officers at an airfield of Eastern Command. Picture issued 1944. Photographs chiefly relate to D-Day and the Battle of Normandy, 1944. Some of the captions are incomplete.
