William John Huggins (1781-1845) was a prolific English marine painter of the 19th century. His works depict various maritime scenes, from the grand arrival of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert at the Royal Dockyard in Woolwich (1843), to the opening of St. Katharine Dock in London (1828).
