A close-up shot reveals intricate details that make up the mesmerizing patterns on their wings. Each stroke of color tells its own story - an ode to Mother Nature's artistic prowess. Not limited to gardens alone, these swallowtails also find solace near birdbaths where they perch delicately while sipping water and basking under sunlight, and is here that they share space with lily-of-the-Nile flowers; together creating an ethereal scene straight out of a fairytale. Venturing further into Wapiti Valley, Wyoming, we discover yet another encounter between this majestic butterfly species and nature's bounty - this time on a lilac bush.
