Venturing into Kalimpong's lush foliage, we encounter the Darjeeling bush frog. With its vibrant colors and inflated vocal sacs, it proudly proclaims its presence from both petals and leaves alike. Further east in Romania's Danube delta rewilding area lies a serene scene where an elegant Pool Frog sits upon a white lily pad. This resilient creature showcases its masculinity by inflating its vocal sac while calling out for companionship under starlit skies. In South America's rainforests resides another fascinating amphibian - the Short-headed treefrog. As night falls and darkness envelops their habitat, these frogs fill the air with their distinct calls accompanied by their inflated vocal sacs. Not far away in North America lies another nocturnal wonder - Couch's Spadefoot frog. Underneath moonlit nights, this adult male serenades potential mates with his deep croaks resonating from his fully expanded vocal sac.
