Duchess of York at a Training Hostel, Market Harborough, Leicestershire - part os a scheme fostered jointly by the Imperial and Australian Governments to train girls for domestic service on the Dominion. The girls presented her with an iced cake and in this picture the Duchess is stirring the Christmas pudding. Date: 1927
