Steven Thompson is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Rangers. Thompson started his career with Hibernian, making his debut in 2006. He spent time on loan at Falkirk, Dundee United and Inverness Caledonian Thistle before joining Rangers in 2013. He has since made over 150 appearances for the club, winning the Scottish Premier League in 2016. Thompson has also represented Scotland at international level.
