Saint Dominic, also known as St. Dominic de Guzman, was a prominent figure in the Catholic Church during the 13th century. Born in Spain, he dedicated his life to spreading the teachings of Christ and combating heresy. One notable depiction is seen in the painting "St. Dominic de Guzman and the Albigensians.
