Nigel Benn posed for a photo shoot ahead of his fight against American Tim Williams but knew that true preparation lay behind closed doors with nothing but him and his trusted companion –the punch bag. Henry Cooper sought refuge at The Bellingham gym before facing Cassius Clay (later known as Muhammad Ali). Each blow struck was fueled by an unyielding desire to prove himself against the greatest of all time.
