Porter is a type of beer that has been around since the 1700s, and is a dark, full-bodied ale with a strong malt flavor and aroma, and is brewed using roasted malts, which give it its characteristic color and flavor. A moderate to high alcohol content, usually ranging from 4-7% ABV. The style originated in England but has become popular all over the world due to its robust flavor and complexity.
