Peter Lovenkrands is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Rangers. Lovenkrands started his career at Rangers, making his first-team debut in a 3-1 victory over Inverness Caledonian Thistle in the Scottish Premier League on 2 November 2009. He went on to make a further 25 appearances for the club, scoring one goal. On 25 July 2013, Lovenkrands signed for English club Norwich City on a three-year deal. He made his debut for the club in a 2-1 defeat to Manchester City in the League Cup. He made his Premier League debut for Norwich on the opening day of the 2014-15 season, playing the full 90 minutes in a 1-1 draw with Liverpool. On 1 September 2016, Lovenkrands signed for Scottish Premiership club Aberdeen on a two-year contract. He made his debut for the club in a 2-1 victory over Kilmarnock in the Scottish Premiership. Lovenkrands was born in Scotland and is of Dutch descent.
