From classic models like the CJ4 5779 Andrew Beaumont's Lotus Cortina Mk1 to modern contenders like Tony Paxman's Ford Escort Mk1, there was something for every car enthusiast. In the Motorsport News Saloon Car Championship and Cannons Motorspares Tin Tops Challenge, drivers pushed their Lotus machines to the limit. The CJ4 5863 Lotus Elite driven by JFO 288 and CJ4 5882 Lotus-Cosworth 49C piloted by Malcolm Ricketts were particularly impressive with their speed and precision. But it wasn't just about Lotuses at this festival. Notable mentions go to Ian Fenwick and Stephen Gugliemi for their Exige S1 NA Honda-powered Lotuses. Their performance on the track left everyone in awe.
