Newton meters weighing objects
Newton meters weighing objects. Newton meters are being used to find the weight of a bunch of keys and a G-clamp. A newton meter uses a spring to measure force, quantifying it in Newtons (N). There are 10 Newtons in a kilogram. Weight, a force, is distinct from mass in that it varies according to the gravitational strength. Mass is an invariant.
