John Turner is a name synonymous with speed and success in the world of motorcycle racing. With an impressive track record spanning several decades, Turner has proven himself to be a force to be reckoned with on the race circuit. In 1975, alongside Eddie Moore, Turner showcased his skills at the Jurby airfield practice day, riding their Vroom Imp bikes with precision and finesse. This early display of talent set the stage for what was to come. Throughout the years, Turner's love for Kawasaki motorcycles became evident as he consistently dominated various races aboard these powerful machines. In 2009, he conquered Jurby Road and emerged victorious in both Ultra Lightweight and Lightweight categories. The Manx Grand Prix proved to be another platform where Turner left his mark. In 2010, he claimed the title of Newcomers Manx Grand Prix on his Suzuki bike. The following year saw him switch gears onto a Kawasaki and triumph once again in the Lightweight category. In 2013, he added another win under his belt at the Lightweight Manx Grand Prix while astride a Kawasaki motorcycle.
