In 1744, Torii Kiyonobu II's artistic genius unveiled Ichikawa Ebizo II as Musashibo Benkei and Sakata Shintaro (?) as Soga no Goro. Otani Oniji I portrayed Soga no Goro while Sanogawa Ichimatsu I embodied the sister of Yoshina. Their impeccable acting skills transported viewers to a world filled with tragedy and resilience. The year 1723 witnessed another remarkable rendition of "Soga Koyomi Biraki" when Ichikawa Danjuro II took on the role of Soga no Goro under Torii Kiyotomo's direction.
