"The Eads Bridge: A Historic Icon Connecting St. Louis and the Mississippi River" Step back in time to the late 19th century, where a magnificent structure known as the Eads Bridge stood proudly over the mighty Mississippi River, linking East St. Louis with its counterpart on the western bank.
