Indian Point nuclear power station
Indian Point nuclear power station at night, seen from across the Hudson River. This is the Indian Point Energy Centre (IPEC), a 3-unit pressurised water reactor nuclear power station. The Indian Point Unit 1 reactor is now permanently shut down but Indian Point Units 2 and 3 are still operational (as of 2010). The two domes seen here each house a pressurised water reactor. Photographed in Buchanan, New York State, USA.
