With his exceptional skills and unwavering determination, he has etched his name in the annals of history. In 1985, at White Gates, Dave Hallam showcased his prowess in the Sidecar Race A. The crowd was left awe-inspired as he maneuvered through the track with precision and speed. Teaming up with Barry Dunn from Windle Yamaha in 1985 for the Sidecar TT race was a match made in heaven. Their collaboration proved to be unstoppable as they conquered every twist and turn that came their way. The following year, Dave Hallam joined forces with John Gibbard for another exhilarating ride at the 1986 Sidecar TT. Together on their Windle Yamaha machine, they pushed boundaries and set new standards for excellence. Mark Day became Dave's partner-in-crime during the same eventful year of 1986. Riding under Windle Yamaha's banner once again, this dynamic duo fearlessly took on challenges that seemed insurmountable. But it wasn't just about winning races; it was also about celebrating a shared passion for motorcycles. In 2007, Dave Hallam embarked on a Parade Lap alongside his son Craig Hallam aboard their trusty Yamaha bikes - a heartwarming moment that highlighted their deep bond both on and off the track. Looking back further into history reveals more remarkable achievements by Dave Hallam. In 1981, he teamed up with Jud Havercroft to conquer yet another Sidecar TT race while riding a powerful Yamaha machine. Before that triumph came another significant milestone when Dave partnered with John Havercroft in 1980 for an unforgettable Sidecar TT experience aboard Windle Yamaha's formidable creation. Throughout his illustrious career, Derek Bayley and Bryan Nixon were among those who had fierce battles against him on their Yamaha machines.
