His works continue to inspire generations even after a contemporary print. Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, the renowned Russian composer of the romantic period, enchanted audiences with his melodic masterpieces. Photographer Charles Nast captured their essence in a photo-chromolithograph around 1899. Samuel Taylor Coleridge emerges as another prominent figure from this era—a brilliant English poet known for his profound words that still resonate today. Architecture also played its part in shaping history during this time period—Russia's Saint Petersburg showcases its church of Resurrection (1883-1907) while Spain's Catalonia boasts Barcelona's Modernist Casa Vicens (1883-88).
