French Attack on Chickasaw Nation
Under the governor of Louisiana, Bienville, leader of the Sourthern contingent in a French campaign against the Chickasaw nation, French soldiers along with a Choctaw contingent sail to attack Akia along the Mississippi. This attack was to be a total failure, with no part of the village breached. Date: 1736
