Please, Mr Policeman, where is Father Christmas by Matania

In the centre of London, close to Piccadilly Circus, two children stop a policeman from directing traffic to ask him where Father Christmas is. The streets are cold and wet and and the inhabitants of cars and taxi cabs can be seen with the statue of Eros visible in the distance
