Long Exposure Of Malta's Azure Window
The Azure Window is a limestone natural arch on the Maltese island of Gozo. It is situated near Dwejra Bay on the Inland Sea. The formation, which was created after two limestone sea caves collapsed and is now a tourist hotspot when visiting Malta.

Entertainment - Pirate Radio Ship Runs Aground - Radio Caroline
A wave crashing against the bows of the pirate music station, Radio Caroline, aground in rough waters between Frinton and Holland-on-Sea, where she blown by gale-force winds during the night. Five disc jockeys taken off by breeches buoy were among those rescued from vessel earlier in the day.

C.S 'Retriever, Australia
The Cable and Wireless cable ship C.S. 'Retriever' laid the shore-ends section of the Auckland/Sydney and Auckland/Suva sections of Commonwealth Pacific cable, which stretched from Vancouver, Canada to Sydney, Australia via Suva and Auckland, New Zealand.
