The 7th century AD was a time of rich cultural and artistic expression across various civilizations. In Mexico, the Monte Alban archaeological site revealed stunning artifacts like the gold mask of God Xipe Totec, representing the deity known as "Our Lord the Flayed One. " Another remarkable find was a reproduction of a painting from Tomb 104, showcasing the intricate artistry of the Zapotec civilization. Moving to Italy, an exquisite bronze situla called Benvenuti situla captivated with its embossed and engraved decoration. The painted wood icon "Saint Vittorio" discovered in Antinopolis (Sheikh-Ibada) demonstrated skilled craftsmanship combined with devotion towards spirituality. Gold breastplates were not only symbols of wealth but also held religious significance; one such example featured Xiuhtecuhtli -the God of fire- prominently displayed on it, reflecting Mexican beliefs at that time. Artifacts portraying human figures were equally intriguing.
