Channel Gardens and 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, NY. Tower was built in 1931-33 in Art Deco style, the 70-story office building is of steel frame with limestone cladding construction. Originally called RCA Building, then GE Building, now it is owned by Comcast. Designed by Associated Architects. 200-foot promenade known as Channel Gardens is flanked by English Building and La Maison Francaise and contains plantings, granite pools and fountains
