Jarrow Collection

Jarrow is a town in Tyne and Wear, England, located on the south bank of the River Tyne and has a population of around 28,000 people and is part of the metropolitan borough of South Tyneside, historically an important centre for shipbuilding and coal mining. It was also home to one of England's earliest monasteries, St Paul's Monastery which was founded in 681 AD.
