Tennis is a popular sport in the United Kingdom, Europe, and the rest of the world, and is a racquet sport played between two players (singles) or two teams of two players (doubles). The object of the game is to hit a ball over a net into your opponent's court. The court has four sections: forecourt, midcourt, backcourt and service box. Players must use their racquets to hit shots that land in their opponent's court while also trying to keep them from landing in their own court, and are be played on grass courts, clay courts or hard courts and can be played indoors or outdoors and they can be enjoyed by all ages and abilities. There are many different tournaments held throughout the year for both amateur and professional players at all levels of play.
