Considered one of the greatest water poloists of all time, Estiarte would compete in six Olympics and was the competitions leading goal scorer in 1980, 1984, 1988, and 1992, winning a silver medal in 1992 and a gold medal in 1996.
He is a lifelong friend and close advisior to football manager Pep Guardiola, acting as his administrative assistant at Barcelona, Bayern Munich, and Manchester City.
