Motorsport - 1975 Formula One (F1) World Championship - German Grand Prix
Italys Lella Lombardi of March, at the Nurburgring, West Germany. She finished in 7th place.
Lombardi was the second woman, after Maria Teresa de Filippis, to qualify for a Formula One race, and remains the only woman to score points. She also competed in the most Grand Prixs of any female driver, with 17 entries and 12 starts.
