The Battle of Königgratz, also known as the Battle of Sadowa, was a pivotal moment in European history that took place on July 3, 1866. This photograph captures the first Prussian Regiment of Guards storming Chlum, a strategic hill in Bohemia, during the decisive battle between the Prussian and Austrian armies.
