EDITORS COMMENTS
Great moment of joy and excitement is captured in this photograph as Marouane Chamakh celebrates scoring the fifth goal for Arsenal against Shakhtar Donetsk in the UEFA Champions League group stage match held at Emirates Stadium on 19th October 2010. The North London club was dominating the game, and Chamakh's goal, which came in the second half, put Arsenal in a commanding position, leading 5-1. The Moroccan international striker, wearing the number 12 jersey, is seen leaping into the air with both arms outstretched, surrounded by his jubilant teammates. The crowd at Emirates Stadium is seen in the background, cheering and clapping in delight. This goal was a significant one for Chamakh, who had only joined Arsenal in the summer of 2010 and was yet to make a significant impact on the team. However, this goal marked a turning point in his Arsenal career, and he went on to score crucial goals in the coming matches. This photograph is a testament to the team spirit, determination, and skill of Arsenal Football Club in the 2010-11 season. Credit: Stuart MacFarlane / Arsenal Football Club.
