Penguins Collection

Penguins are aquatic birds that live in the Southern Hemisphere. They have black and white feathers, a short neck, and a streamlined body shape that helps them swim quickly. They use their wings to propel themselves through the water, but they cannot fly in the air. They feed mainly on fish, squid, and krill. Penguins typically lay two eggs per breeding season which are incubated by both parents for about 35 days before hatching. The chicks are fed by their parents until they can fend for themselves. Penguins live in large colonies near bodies of water and spend most of their time swimming or searching for food underwater. They also use rocks to build nests on land where they can rest and breed during mating season and can an iconic species that have adapted to living in cold climates and often serve as ambassadors for conservation efforts around the world.
