An Andean farmer sells potatoes during the gastronomic fair Mistura in Lima September 8, 2011. The fair aims to promote Peruvian cuisine by showcasing Peruvian food and products from all over the country. Exponents of Peruvian cuisine and foreign chefs are also participating in the fair, which runs from September 9th to 18th. The fair brings together the various actors in the chain's gastronomic Peru: farmers, producers of pisco, cooks, bakers, food sellers, confectionery, huariques, restaurants, cooking schools and food processing companies.
