The Southern facing facade of US President Abraham Lincoln's summer retreat where he lived during a quarter of his Presidency and commuted to the White House on horse back on August 12, 2010 on the property of the Armed Forces Retirement Home in the NE section of Washington, DC. President Lincoln's Cottage is considered the most significant historic site directly associated with Lincoln's presidency aside from the White House. Colombia-Butterfly-Exhibition
A Dorius Heliconius butterfly stretchs its wings at the "Selva Viva" (Living Forest) butterfly exhibition on December 29, 2010, installed at Puertas del Norte's mall in the municipality of Bello, department of Antioquia, Colombia, as an initiative aiming to encourage the relationship between visitors and butterflies.
