Probably the first occasion upon which Queen Elizabeth II and her future husband, Prince Philip of Greece were photographed together, at Dartmouth Naval College on 22 July 1939. The 13 year old Princess can be seen looking solemn seated at the far left of the picture. Along from her is Princess Margaret, and then the Queen with King George VI. Behind them can be seen the Kings cousin Lord Louis Mountbatten and next to him, laughing and gesticulating, is Prince Philip
