Glasgow Tower closed down

The 10 million Glasgow Tower built to mark the millennium in the centre of Glasgow, which has now been closed because it is sinking. The tower was closed for extensive repairs after a defect was found. *... Repairs to the 360ft swivelling tower, part of the Glasgow Science Centre on the banks of the River Clyde, could now cost up to 75, 000. The attraction is part of a 75 million science centre which opened to the public and was officially opened by the Queen.
