The Prince of Wales, during the launch of the Get Into initiative, backed by the Prince's Trust, which encourages young people to learn practical skills to make them more employable. The launch was held at Mosimann's in central London, a private dining club where two youngsters from the pilot scheme were given a week's work experience nine months ago and stayed on as full-time chefs.
