Girder underbridge, thought to be at Loughborough
Girder underbridge, thought to be near Loughborough, Leicestershire, circa 1897. The lattice work iron parapet is a typical feature of the London Extension. The two parapets of another underbridge are visible further along the embankment. This section of the Railway (Contract No.2, Leake to Aylestone) was built by Henry Lovatt of Wolverhampton.
